Can I Pause My Subscription?

⚡️ Heads Up! Pause is only available for subscriptions purchased directly through Moves (movesapp.com). If your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel it there and resubscribe when you’re ready to return

Good news! You can now pause your subscription instead of canceling if you just need a break.

How to Pause Your Subscription

  1. Open the Moves App

  2. Go to the Profile tab

  3. Tap Manage Subscription

  4. Tap Manage Subscription again (this opens the Account Manager)

  5. Log in using your Moves app email and password

  6. Select Pause Subscription

  7. Choose your pause duration: 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months

Your subscription will pause immediately. You won’t be billed while paused, and your renewal date will automatically update when you resume.

⚠️ While paused, you won’t have access to subscriber-only features like programs, content, or workout logging tools. App access and normal billing will resume automatically when your pause ends. You can also resume anytime!
