Move Together gives you options to train at home or in the gym and lets you choose between two workout lengths:
Express: ~30–45 minutes
Standard: ~60–75 minutes
You’ll choose your preferred workout length when you start each session in the Moves App. The programming and intention remain the same — only the set/round volume adjusts to fit your schedule.
At-Home Workouts
Required Equipment:
Dumbbells: (5 lb – 30 lb)
Long Loop Bands or Cable Machine
Optional Equipment: Exercise ball, jump rope, kettlebell, barbell, weighted slam ball, cardio machines

Gym Workouts
Your gym should be equipped with everything you need for the challenge, including:
Dumbbells
Barbells
Cable machines
Exercise balls
If you're missing any equipment, don’t hesitate to ask the gym staff for assistance. They are there to help and can guide you to the right resources!
Home vs Gym Versions
Before you start a Move Together workout in the Moves App, you’ll be able to select either a Home or Gym version of that workout. Both versions deliver the same training value — just with tools that fit your environment.
Home Version uses equipment you’re likely to have at home
Gym Version uses traditional gym machines and setups
No matter which version you choose, each workout also offers both 30–45 min (Express) and 60–75 min (Standard) formats to match your time and energy.
Equipment Alternatives
If you don’t have a specific piece of equipment needed for an exercise, you can easily swap it out with one of your exercise alternatives. Adaptability is key, so feel free to modify exercises as necessary to fit your available equipment.
With these resources and a bit of creativity, you'll be well-prepared to tackle the Move Together challenge, no matter where you choose to work out!
