Our new Alternate Exercise Library feature gives you more flexibility and personalization within your workout – without sacrificing structure or results.

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to:

  • Adjust an exercise based on the equipment they have

  • Modify for injury or mobility

  • Switch things up for personal preference

  • Make a workout feel more customized while staying on track with the program


When to use it

Use the Exercise Swap feature anytime you come across a movement in your workout that doesn’t feel right for you – whether it’s equipment, comfort, or something else. This is a great option if:

  • You’re missing the required equipment

  • You need a lower-impact or modified version

  • You prefer a different movement that works the same muscle group

  • You just want a little variety!


How it works

  1. Tap the 3-dot menu on any exercise

  2. Choose “Alternates

  3. Select “More Alternates

  4. Filter by muscle group or equipment

  5. Choose your preferred movement

  6. Click "Swap Exercise"

Your selected exercise will instantly replace the original in your workout, keeping the rest of your programming intact.


Why we built it

Our programs are intentionally designed with expert guidance – meaning sets, reps, and overall structure are crafted for safe and effective results. To protect the integrity of that structure, we don’t allow adding or fully customizing workouts.

But we do believe in flexibility. This feature gives you the freedom to personalize your workouts in a way that still honors the program design – so you get the best of both worlds.
