Adding Workouts to Your Calendar
Open the Mves App and tap the Programs tab in the navigation bar. This is your hub for all your challenges and workouts.
Select the Tighter Together Program:
-Choose the Tighter Together collection
-Pick the challenge you’re joining
-Tap “Start Program” to select your start date and workout cadence
Now your Tighter Together workouts will automatically populate your calendar—easy, organized, and ready to go!
Pausing Previous Programs
If you were following another program before TT:
This clears your calendar so you can focus fully on Tighter Together
