Follow these steps to add the Tighter Together workouts to your calendar and get started:

Adding Workouts to Your Calendar

  1. Navigate to the Programs Tab:
    Open your app and click on the “Programs” tab in the navigation bar.

  2. Select the Tighter Together Program:
    Select the Tighter Together collection, then select the challenge you're looking to start. Click "Start Program" to choose your start date and workout cadence.

Pausing Previous Programs

If you were following another program before starting Tighter Together, be sure to pause or stop that program. This will remove the previous workouts from your calendar, allowing you to focus fully on the Tighter Together challenge.

By following these steps, you'll seamlessly integrate the Tighter Together workouts into your schedule, setting yourself up for success as you embark on this fitness journey.
