Updated over 4 months ago

Creating a custom workout on our web platform is easy and gives you the flexibility to tailor your training to your specific needs. Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started:

  1. Log in to Your Account
It's recommended to do this on a desktop for easier navigation.

  2. Click "Log Workout"
Once you're logged in, find the 'Log Workout' option in the menu and click on it.

  3. Select "Custom Workout"
From the options that appear, choose "Custom Workout" to begin creating your personalized session.

  4. Choose a Date
Select the date you want to assign the workout to.

  5. Click "Select Workout"
This opens up the custom workout creator.

  6. Customize the Workout Title (Optional)
If you'd like to give your workout a specific name, click on the title field and make adjustments.

  7. Add Exercises to Your Workout
Use the search bar to find exercises from our extensive library. Click on an exercise to add it to your workout.

  8. Enter Exercise Details
For each exercise, you'll need to input specific measurements, such as:

    • Time

    • Reps

    • Weight

    • Distance

    • Notes (Optional)

💡Tip: Make sure to input numbers for any measurements you add. If a measurement is left blank, you will get an error.

  9. Enable Block Programming for Circuits or Supersets (Optional)
If you want to create circuits or supersets, enable "Block Programming" and add blocks for different sections of your workout.

  10. Add to Favorites
If you want to use this custom workout again in the future, click "Add to Favorites" before finishing. This will save the workout, allowing you to schedule it later or access it from your app.

  11. Log the Workout
To complete your workout and have it recorded on the calendar for the selected date, click "Log." Your workout will now appear as completed for the day.

If you wish to access from your favorites later, you will want to also check the box that says "add this workout to favorite workouts".
