Yes! You can now edit your workouts before you start them. Whether you're planning ahead the night before an early morning session or want to make adjustments before heading to the gym, you’ve got full control.
Here’s how to edit your workouts in advance:
Open the app and go to the Home tab.
Find the workout you want to edit.
Tap the Play icon to preview the workout, then tap the Pencil icon to open edit mode.
– Alternatively, tap the ellipsis (...) next to the workout and select “Edit Workout.”Customize your workout. You can:
Add or remove rounds and sets
Adjust reps, weights, or other measurements
Swap to an alternate exercise
Rearrange circuits to fit your flow
Tap "Done" to save your changes.
Once you edit and save, your changes will be ready and waiting when you start your workout—no need to edit again!
💡Heads up: We don’t currently show a special note that a workout has been edited, so if you make changes and forget later, it might not be obvious when you return to it.
Want to reset back to the original version?
No problem. To reset a workout to the default:
Open the workout from your Home tab or Calendar.
Tap the Pencil icon (or tap the ellipsis (...) and choose "Edit Workout" from your calendar).
Scroll to the very bottom of the edit screen and tap "Reset to workout default settings."
This will immediately revert the workout back to its original format.
