We’re constantly working to improve the app. Here’s a summary of what’s been updated in this release, including bug fixes and new features:

Can I add custom exercises?

A

At the moment, custom exercises cannot be added to a workout. We focused on features the community values most for this update, including expert-programmed alternates. This article explains why.

However, we’ve heard your feedback, and this is something the team is discussing for future updates. Please share feedback about how you use custom exercises, as it helps us understand the needs of the community for future development!

Can I create custom workouts?

A

Custom workouts are currently not visible in your favorites or loggable due to a bug. We are actively working on resolving this issue and will update you as soon as it's fixed.

In the meantime, you can still create custom workouts through the web platform, which will be saved and accessible once the bug is resolved. This article explains how.

Where are my favorite workouts?

A

Your favorite workouts are in your Profile > Favorite Workouts.

Some users are experiencing issues with favorite workouts not showing up due to a bug. Our team is actively working on resolving this, and it should be fixed soon.

Where is the rest timer?

A

A built-in rest timer is not included in this version of the app. We’re gathering feedback to better understand how people use rest periods, and this is something we’re considering for future updates.

Let us know if you’d like to see a rest timer and how you would use it—your input helps us shape future features.

Where are my Tighter Together, Meals Made Simple, or Align & Thrive purchases?

A

Your purchased programs are in Programs > Explore.

  • Tighter Together are in the Challenges collection.

  • Meals Made Simple and/or Align & Thrive are in the Nutrition collection.

Why can't I see my workout summary & stats from my calendar?

A

We’re aware that users want to view a full "receipt" of their completed workouts to make edits or see what they did. We’re currently working on this feature to ensure it’s available in future updates.

Rest assured, all of your workout history and data is saved on our backend. If you need to see or edit your completed workouts in the meantime, you can log into our web platform to access this functionality.

Can I log workouts as a non-subscriber?

A

Only active subscribers have access to all app features—including logging workouts. If you no longer have an active subscription, you won’t be able to log new workouts or view workouts associated with a previous subscription.
