The Why Behind the App Update
We’ve made some exciting updates to the Moves App, driven by feedback from our amazing community and our commitment to delivering a streamlined, results-driven experience. By fully owning and customizing the app, we now have the ability to make even bigger improvements moving forward, ensuring that we can continue enhancing your experience based on what matters most.
Some of the new features our users (and we!) are excited about include:
Target Muscle Groups: Easily see which muscles you're working on during each exercise.
AMRAP Timer: Track your progress in "As Many Reps As Possible" workouts, built directly into the app.
Previewing Alternates: You can now preview the alternative exercises before making a swap.
Edit Workouts Before Starting: You can modify a workout before you begin, making adjustments based on your needs.
Guided View vs. List View: Choose between guided workouts or list view for quicker navigation, with enhanced quick-logging features.
