Where Can I Find Form Cues and Target Muscle Groups?

You can view exercise cues and targeted muscle groups in both Guided View and List View while working out in the Moves App.

Guided View:

Tap the “More Info” icon () or select “More” during your workout. This will open the Exercise Overview screen with full form cues and muscle group information.

List View:

Find the exercise you want, then click on the image to the left of the exercise name. This brings you to the same Exercise Overview screen as Guided View.

Exercise Overview Screen Includes:

  • Detailed form cues to help you perform each movement safely and effectively.

  • Targeted muscle groups so you know exactly what you’re working.

  • Your exercise history to track progress over time.

  • Any alternate exercises if you need modifications due to equipment, injury, or preference.
