If your calorie and macros numbers seem too low and changes randomly, it’s because the Energy Expenditure mode is set to Activity Tracking. With this setting enabled, your total calorie and macros goal will change accordingly based on your logged workouts. For example, if your goal is 1,200 calories and you burn 400 calories walking, your calorie goal will increase to 1,600 after logging that activity. The same logic applies to fats, carbs, and proteins.
If you don't like that approach and prefer static calorie goal and macros numbers, you can change the settings at any time.
To do this, tap Progress icon in the footer menu, and tap the toggle icon in the Goal section. A short quiz will open, where you need to select the option to separate workout calories from your daily calorie goal:
Once set, your calorie and macros goals will increase since they're now based on the activity level you provided in the quiz and already include estimated workout calories.
You can also change this setting by going to your Profile settings at the top left, tapping "Energy Expenditure" tab, and selecting Estimation mode:
