Our app tracks your steps through Apple Health. To ensure your steps are syncing correctly, please make sure that Apple Health integration is enabled properly.
To do this:
Open the Apple Health app and go to the Sharing tab.
Tap "Apps" > "Calorie Counter" > turn on all toggles.
Go back to the Summary tab > tap "Steps" > scroll down to "Data Sources & Access" > make sure the toggle is also on.
Once Apple Health is connected and permissions are granted, you can manually add steps like this:
Open the Apple Health app.
Go to the Browse tab.
Search for "Steps" and tap it.
Tap "Add Data" in the top-right corner.
Enter the number of steps and the time, then tap "Add".
After this, close the app completely from the system tray and reopen it. Your steps data should start syncing shortly.
