How do I track my steps?

Our app tracks your steps through Apple Health. To ensure your steps are syncing correctly, please make sure that Apple Health integration is enabled properly.

To do this:

  1. Open the Apple Health app and go to the Sharing tab.

  2. Tap Apps > Fasting app > turn on all toggles.

  3. Go back to the Summary tab > tap Steps > scroll down to Data Sources & Access > make sure the toggle is also on.

Once you’ve confirmed these settings, close the app completely from the system tray and reopen it. Your steps data should start syncing shortly.
