Our app tracks your steps through Apple Health. To ensure your steps are syncing correctly, please make sure that Apple Health integration is enabled properly.
To do this:
- Open the Apple Health app and go to the Sharing tab. 
- Tap Apps > Calorie Counter > turn on all toggles. 
- Go back to the Summary tab > tap Steps > scroll down to Data Sources & Access > make sure the toggle is also on. 
Once you’ve confirmed these settings, close the app completely from the system tray and reopen it. Your steps data should start syncing shortly.
