NEAT calories in the app are based on Active Energy data from the Apple Health app. If you notice different NEAT values on the main screen and in the Progress section, it usually means that multiple apps are writing Active Energy data to Apple Health, which can cause discrepancies.
How to fix it
Open the Apple Health app.
Tap the search icon π and type "Active Energy", then select it.
Scroll down and tap "Data Sources & Access".
Check which apps have permission to write Active Energy data, and make sure the Calorie Counter app is set as the top data source.
If another app is adding conflicting data, disable its permission to write Active Energy.
Clean up duplicate data
Go back to the Active Energy page.
Tap "Show All Data".
Review the entries and remove duplicates or unnecessary records by tapping an entry and swiping left to delete it.
Once this is done, your NEAT calories should display correctly in the app.
