Following these steps ensures your labels print clearly, align correctly, and avoid common printing issues.
1. Install and Run QZ Tray (Required)
Before setting up your printer, make sure QZ Tray is installed and running.
QZ Tray is required for AccelerList to communicate with your printer.
Install QZ Tray
Open it and make sure it is running in the system tray
Refresh AccelerList after opening

2. Open AccelerList in Chrome (Recommended)
Close the AccelerList desktop app (if open)
Open Google Chrome
Log in to AccelerList
Using Chrome helps ensure proper communication with QZ Tray
3. Open Printer Settings in AccelerList
Navigate to:
βSettings β Printer β SKU + FNSKU Labels
4. Configure Printer Settings in AccelerList
Set the following:
Active Printer: Brother QL-800
Printer Driver Config: Select available Brother QL-800 config
Orientation: (depends on label, usually Portrait)
Label Type: 30252 (or any label size that matches 30252 dimensions)

β Click Save Changes
5. Set Brother QL-800 as Default Printer (Windows)
Go to Control Panel β Devices and Printers
Right-click Brother QL-800
Click Set as Default Printer

This helps AccelerList and QZ Tray detect the correct printer
6. Connect AccelerList to QZ Tray
In AccelerList, open printer settings
Select your printer
When prompted, click Allow / Trust
This step ensures your browser is allowed to send print jobs
7. Select Printer Driver Config
Choose a Printer Driver Config from the dropdown
Click Save

8. Choose the Correct Label Size
Select 30252 label size or any label that matches its dimensions
Avoid using manual/custom sizes if a preset is available

Using presets ensures better reliability and alignment
9. Print a Test Label
Click Print Test Label in AccelerList
Confirm:
Label is aligned
Not cut off
Prints clearly
10. Troubleshooting (If Test Print Fails)
If printing does not work:
Restart QZ Tray and refresh AccelerList
Confirm printer is still set as default
Recheck Driver Config + Label Size
Try another preset label size
Restart your computer if needed
