Why Are Some Items Missing When I Filter My Inventory?

Learn how inventory filters can make items appear missing in AccelerList and what settings to check when you can't find a particular SKU.

Your Item May Not Actually Be Missing

The Inventory tab allows you to narrow down the inventory being displayed.

Depending on the filters selected, some products may be excluded from your current view even though they still exist in AccelerList.

Check Your Fulfillment Filter

One of the first things to check is whether you're viewing:

  • FBA inventory

  • MFN inventory

  • All inventory

An item you expect to find under FBA may currently be categorized as MFN based on the information received from Amazon.

Check the Quantity Filter

If your inventory view is configured to display only items with a quantity greater than zero, listings with 0 quantity won't appear.

Try changing the filter to All or otherwise including zero-quantity inventory.

Check Other Filters

Also review any filters related to:

  • Listing status

  • Marketplace

  • Active/inactive status

  • Quantity

  • Fulfillment method

Try clearing your filters and searching directly for the SKU or ASIN.

Still Can't Find the Item?

If the item cannot be found even with the filters cleared, verify it directly in Seller Central.

If Amazon shows the item correctly but AccelerList doesn't, contact Support with an example ASIN and SKU.
