Domestic Shipping

My Easy Monogram offers free domestic shipping within the US. Shipping costs are included in the product pricing set in your pricing rules. Products are manufactured and shipped from Indiana via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on size, service availability, and logistical efficiency.

Important Note: Due to package size, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.


Updating Shipping Address

Shipping addresses can only be updated before the order goes into production. Sellers must verify the status of the order prior to making any changes. After updating the address in Shopify, ensure that the new shipping address syncs correctly with the My Easy Monogram app.

To update a shipping address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify account.

  2. Go to the "Orders" section.

  3. Select the order you need to update.

  4. Click "Edit" next to the shipping address.

  5. Enter the new address and save the changes.

Important Note:

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

The updated address will automatically reflect in the My Easy Monogram app.


Shopify Shipping Profile Setup

Establish a shipping profile within Shopify and include My Easy Monogram as your shipping origin. You can also create a new shipping profile if needed.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping due to:

  • Quality Assurance: International shipping can lead to longer transit times and handling issues, potentially compromising product quality.

  • Timely Delivery: Variability in international delivery times can lead to unpredictable and extended waiting periods.

  • Customs & Duties: International shipments may incur customs fees and duties, adding unexpected costs for customers.
