Just a heads up, payments for approved claims are processed on the following Wednesday or Friday, whichever comes first. The payment date is when we send the funds, but sometimes they don't appear in your account until the afternoon or evening of that day due to bank processing times.

It's best to wait until the next morning before assuming there was an error. If you still haven't received the payment by then, please reach out to us at support@getmyhsa.com or open a live chat and click "Talk to a Person" and we would love to check the status of your payment for you!

If you know you received a Bank Error (because you were notified by email), it means you need to update your bank information in your settings tab. Once you have done so, the deposit will be retried the following Monday!
