If you're trying to log in but haven't received your MFA verification code, don't worry! Here are a couple of quick steps to help you troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check Your Junk or Spam Folder: Sometimes, verification emails get filtered into junk or spam folders. Be sure to double-check there first. Consider adding info@getmyhsa.com to your safe senders list or whitelist in your email settings.

2. Ensure Your Email Address is Correct: Double-check the email address associated with your account. If there's a typo, the code may have been sent to the wrong place.

3. Wait a Few Minutes: Occasionally, there can be a slight delay in email delivery. Wait a few minutes and try requesting the code again.

4. Resend the Code: Try clicking 'Resend Code' to get a fresh one.

5. Check for Blocked Emails: If you're using a work email address, it's possible that the email could be blocked by your company’s email filters. You might want to ask your IT department to ensure emails from @getmyhsa.com are not blocked.

6. Still No Code?: If you've followed these steps and still haven't received the code, we’re here to help! You can reach out to us via live chat or send an email to support@getmyhsa.com and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
