How to Get in Touch with a Live Agent at myHSA

1. Begin by going to any myHSA page or the app, and in the bottom right hand corner you will see a speech bubble. You can use this to begin a chat!


2. You can click "Chat with us" if you'd like to speak with a live agent right away. You can use "Search for help" if you want to try our self-serve content.


3. When you start the chat, you'll be directed to our in house chat bot, Sage. Sage can answer almost anything, but if you'd rather talk to a person live, you can just click or type "Talk to a Person". You will immediately be redirected to an agent! Just like this:




4. All of your historical conversations will be saved on your login for future reference:



We don't have a call centre at myHSA, but we make sure that we are fully staffed and equipped to help our customers in real time over live chat. This way, we can send screenshots, resources, and links to customers that will help them out. It also means no hold times or unexpected disconnects! You can always pick up where you left off, and reference the chat later on.
