Edit a Shipment Order

The way to edit a shipment order will be handled throughout this article along with several details.

If you have open shipment orders manually or automatically created in the system, you can edit these orders when needed by visiting the Shipment Order screen. Read below to find out more.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • First, navigate to the Shipment Order grid.

    • If you have trouble locating this screen, please use the Search option on the menu bar.

  • Find the shipment order you wish to modify from the list or using the Search function.

  • Select the order by clicking the Order Code or opening the 3 Dots menu and selecting Edit.

  • You are now able to edit any of the pre-entered details in steps from 1 to 5. You can also assign jobs to this order and add printouts via the sidebar.

  • When you've made the necessary changes, select Save Order.

  • Once the edits are saved, you will receive a confirmation message.

    • Keep in mind that if you try to edit a shipment order with the Shipped or Cancelled status, you’ll receive an error message.

Other Actions

You can also ship, delete, and cancel orders from the Step 6 - Confirm screen. Click the Actions button to show these options.

  • Ship Order: Ships the order.

  • Cancel Order: Cancels the order. You cannot cancel orders that have already been canceled or shipped orders.

  • Delete Order: Delete the order. You cannot delete shipped orders.
