Uploading a document after the creation of a shipment order manually is an important function when it comes to associating documents with the orders. Once uploaded, documents are accessible whenever you need to download them. Let's take a look at the steps required to upload a document.

Shipment order document uploads are limited to 10 items per shipment order, each at a maximum of 10 MB.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • First, navigate to the Shipment Order grid.

    • If you have trouble locating this screen, please use the Search option on the menu bar.

  • Choose a shipment order to which you want a document to upload by clicking on the Order Code or click the 3-Dot menu and select Edit.

  • From the Confirm section (Step 6), find the Printouts section on the right side of the screen.

  • You can now use the Plus (+) sign to upload a number of documents, including the Shipment Label and the options under Other Documents.

Shipment Label Upload

  • Click the Plus (+) sign next to Shipment Label.

  • The Upload Label pop-up will open.

  • Choose the Carrier, select the Shipping Service employed for this order, and fill in the Tracking Number.

  • Then, use the Upload Document section to upload the label.

  • Once the information has been added, click Save to proceed.

  • After successfully uploading the document, a confirmation message will appear.

  • You can now print the label by selecting the Printer icon on the Shipment Label line.

Other Documents Upload

  • Other documents includes options like gift notes, packing instructions, packing documents, bills of lading, external documents, and invoices.

  • Click the Plus (+) sign next to Other Documents.

  • The Upload Other Documents pop-up will open.

  • Choose the document type and drag and drop the file or click on File Text and choose the file you want to upload.

    • You can upload files in PDF, JPEG, PNG, or TXT file formats.

  • After dragging and dropping the file, the area File Text will show a checkmark. Click Save to upload.

  • After successfully uploading the document, you will be warned with a success message.

  • Additionally, if you want to download the document, click on Eye icon in Other Documents section. A sidebar will open that shows all your current documents.

  • Choose the document you want to download and click on Open.
