The tracking number is the main method for monitoring your package as it is transported by a carrier. Prior to dispatching your shipment order, you can link a tracking number to your order by creating a shipment label in just a few steps. This label can also be voided if needed. This article will show you how.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • First, navigate to the Shipment Order screen

    • If you have trouble locating this screen, please use the Search option on the menu bar.

  • Choose a shipment order to which you want to upload a document by clicking the Order Code or by selecting the 3-Dot menu and clicking Edit.

  • From the Printouts section on the right side of the screen, click the Plus (+) icon next to the Shipment Label text.

  • Choose the Carrier, select the Shipping Service employed for this order, and fill in the Tracking Number.

  • Then, use the Upload Document section to upload the Carrier Label.

  • Once the information has been added, click Save to proceed.

  • After successfully uploading the document, a confirmation message will appear.

  • Additionally, if you want to download the carrier label, click on Printer icon in Shipment Label section.

  • Choose the document you want to download and click on Re-Print.

  • If you need to remove the shipment label you've created, find and select the order, click Label, and select Void Label.

  • Use the Select Manually option to click the labels you wish to void from the shipment order, or click Void All to void all of them.

  • You will receive a confirmation after the label(s) have been voided successfully.
