Edit a Shipment Order

To edit a shipment order, go to the ‘Shipment Order’ tab.  Find the order you wish to edit and select it. 'Edit' button will be shown up:

Or, you can hover your mouse over the order and the 'Edit' icon will appear, which you can select:

You are able to edit the product details like product pack type, quantity, and price, the customer information and address, or the order details. You are also able to add new products or delete an existing product as well. We would like to remind you that in the Account Settings, you can edit or delete the pack types you created.

When you have made all of the necessary changes, you can select ‘Save and Apply Changes’. When you have successfully saved your edits, you will receive a confirmation message:

If you try to edit a shipment order that is in ‘Shipped’ or 'Cancelled' status, you’ll receive the following message:

Other Actions

In the shipment order edit screen, you can see order actions under the "Other Actions" button. These actions have the same controls as the shipment order screen. Available actions are listed below;

  • Cancel Order: For canceling the shipment order you can use this button. You cannot cancel the already canceled orders and shipped orders.

  • Delete: For deleting the shipment order you can use this button. You cannot delete the shipped orders.

  • Ship Order: You can use this action to ship an order. If you have different locations, use the "Start Picking" button before shipping an order.

  • Create Label: You can use this action to get the rate & label for the shipment order. This action will navigate you to the "Get Rate & Label Screen"

  • Void Label: You can use this action to void your labels. This action will open a sidebar that shows current labels for the selected shipment order.

  • Start Picking: You can use this action to start the picking process for the selected order.

  • Cancel Picking: You can use this action to cancel picking tasks.

  • Change Warehouse: You can use this action to change orders' warehouse.

  • Print Packing Slip: You can use this action to print the packing slip.

  • Print Picking List: You can use this action to print the picking list. Keep in mind, if your order does not have any picking tasks, the printout would be empty.

  • Print Label: You can use this button to reprint your carrier labels.
