Delete a Shipment Order

How to delete a shipment order.

Sometimes orders may contain errors or otherwise clog up your list of shipments. If you need to delete a shipment order, it's a simple process that this page will walk you through. Please note that you cannot delete orders that are not in the Open status.

Delete A Single Order

  • To begin, navigate to the Shipment Order page.

    • If you have trouble finding this page, please use the Search option.

  • Find the order you wish to delete from the list or by searching. As a reminder, you cannot delete shipment orders with the Shipped status.

  • Select the 3-Dot menu and click the Delete option.

  • You will be asked if you're sure about your selection. Click Yes to confirm.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully deleted.

  • You can also delete an order from the Edit Shipment Order screen using the Actions menu. Just open the menu and select Delete.

Delete Multiple Orders

  • To begin, navigate to the Shipment Order page.

    • If you have trouble finding this page, please use the Search option.

  • Find the orders you wish to delete from the list or by searching. As a reminder, you cannot delete shipment orders with the Shipped status.

  • Select the orders to be deleted using the leftmost column.

  • The Delete Shipment Order button will become active under the Trash icon once you've selected orders. Click it to delete all selected orders.

  • You can also select all orders visible on screen by selecting the checkbox at the top of the leftmost column.

  • Additionally, the option to select all orders will become available if you check this box. Just click the text that says Select all [x] orders.

    • Note that you cannot delete orders with the Shipped status.

  • Once you select the Delete button, you will be asked if you're sure about your selections. Click Yes to confirm.

  • You will receive a confirmation message after the orders are successfully deleted.

Delete from Order Details

  • Individual orders can also be deleted from within the shipment order details, using the Actions button.

  • Click Yes to confirm that you wish to delete your order.
