Delete a Shipment Order
To delete a shipment order, go to the ‘Shipment Order’ tab. You can only delete shipment orders that are not in shipped status. To delete an order, you can select the shipment order and click the ‘Delete’ icon:
Or, you can hover your mouse over the order and the 'Delete' icon will appear, which you can select:
When you select Delete you will see a popup that confirms you wish to delete this order. If you select ‘YES,’ the order will be deleted and you will not see it on the Shipment Order screen or on the Fulfillment Pipeline screen.
Delete operation can be performed only Shipment Order screen. If you try to delete a shipment order in ‘shipped’ status, you will receive the following error message:
