Shipment History

History of all shipped orders and removed stocks. Outbound process history is explained

Great, you shipped your order! You've physically sent the order to the customer. You may be wondering what happened to your order after this action. Or you may want to calculate your future through a document or report. At this point, here is the part you will visit; the Shipment History screen.

Shipment History is a report which lists all past ship order actions and removes inventory actions. We can say that Shipment History is a report for the outbound process. Because of that, this report has connections with both Inventory and Shipment Order screens. 

To see your shipment history, you can follow these steps: 

Go to Shipment History Screen

Click the Fulfillment first, then select the Shipment History.

Here you are! You are in the Shipment History screen. 

Columns

Order Code: The order code filed represents the shipped order's code. This field can be empty in some cases.

  • If you ship an order by clicking Ship Order button, the Order Code filed will show you the code of the order.

  • If you remove stock on the Inventory screen, the Order Code filed will be empty. Because you just removed inventory


Product Name: It shows the name of the product that has been shipped by an order or that has been decreased in stock quantities.

Quantity: Indicates the shipped amount by order. Or, if you've removed stock indicates how much total inventory of the product has been decreased.

Pack Type: Pack type is the smallest unit of measure you wish to track for this product. It shows which pack type of the product whose inventory has been decreased.

Shipment Date: The date of the outbound action ( ship order or remove inventory) is processed.

Shipment Type: There are two types of shipment.

  • Shipment Order

  • Remove Inventory

Shipment Type represents the action's type. If the outbound process is caused by shipping an order then Shipment Type is Ship Order.
