MyLogiwa runs your inventory automatically considering your purchase orders and shipment orders. If you want to decrease your inventory level manually, MyLogiwa lets you interfere with your inventory quantities.
To remove inventory, go to the 'Inventory' screen. There are 3 ways to remove inventory by hand:
Select the ‘Remove Inventory’ button in the upper right-hand corner.
Hover your mouse over the stock line you wish to edit, and you will see a ‘Remove’ icon pop up on the right.
Hover your mouse over the stock line you wish to edit, and you will see a ‘Adjust’ icon pop up on the right.
Choose Your Way
Main differences of 'Remove Inventory' and 'Adjust' choices are the action type and change way of inventory. Inventory reports and inventory history reports will list these actions with these types.
Choose the Inventory You Wish to Edit
Click Remove Inventory Button
When you select the ‘Remove Inventory’ button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, you need to search the warehouse and location first. Then type the SKU or Product Name you wish to remove inventory for.
Choose a Specific Inventory Line
But if you hover your mouse over the stock line you wish to edit and select the ‘Remove’ button, you don't need to search SKU or Product Name of a product. You will see the product that belongs to the selected inventory line and free quantity.
In the Quantity field, type the number of pieces/cases/pack type you want to remove from inventory.

Choose your Pack Type
You can choose your product pack type. In the Account Settings, you can edit or delete the pack types you created.
Add a Remove Note
Add a note by selecting the ‘+ Add a Note’ button, and select 'Save' :
When you have typed the removing quantity and selected 'Save' you will receive a confirmation message and see the inventory is automatically adjusted:
Inventory Removing Rules
You cannot remove inventory more than the free quantity. Free quantity is free to sale quantity. So, removing more than it means that you are trying to remove already sold quantity.
If you try to remove more than the ‘Free Inventory’ quantity, you will get an error:
A passive product is not available for editing inventory. If you try to remove or adjust inventory for a passive product, you will receive the following error message:
