If Nearo cannot share your screen or display screen-sharing features correctly, your Mac may be blocking screen recording permissions.
macOS Ventura and Sonoma
These steps apply to newer Mac computers, including both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner.
Open System Settings.
Select Privacy & Security.
Click Screen & System Audio Recording or Screen Recording.
Find the browser or app you are using with Nearo, such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

Completely quit and reopen the app before trying Nearo again.
ℹ️ On some Macs, Apple may show Screen Recording instead of Screen & System Audio Recording.
macOS Monterey, Big Sur, and Catalina
These versions are common on Intel Macs.
Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner.
Open System Preferences.
Select Security & Privacy.
Open the Privacy tab.
In the left sidebar, click Screen Recording.
Check the box next to the browser or app you use with Nearo.

If the settings are locked
