If you cannot sign in to your Nearo account, you can reset your password from the login page.
How to reset your password
To reset your Nearo password:
Go to GetNearo.com and click Log in.
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and click Send Email.
Check your inbox for an email from Nearo and click the password reset link inside it.
Enter your new password on the page that opens.
Return to the login page, enter your email address and new password, and sign in.
💡 If the reset email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
