Updated over 2 weeks ago

When managing multiple accounts, it can be difficult to remember what password you use for each one.

Not to worry! Follow the instructions below to request password reset instructions and get logged back into your account.

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Log in' page

From the 'Log in' page, click the 'Forgot password' link.

Step 2: Request password reset instructions

On the next screen, enter the e-mail address you used to sign up for your Network for Good account and click the 'Send Password Reset Email' button.

Step 3: Reset your password

An e-mail with a link to help you reset your password will automatically be sent to you.

Click on the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

You should now be able to log in!

Password Troubleshooting Tips

Don't see the e-mail in your inbox?

First, check your Junk/Spam folder in case our e-mails may be landing there.

Nothing in your Junk/Spam folder?

We recommend adding noreply@networkforgood.com to your Gmail Contact Book or Safe Senders list if you use Microsoft Outlook.

Note: Instructions for adding e-mail addresses as approved senders will vary based on your e-mail client. Check out this article for detailed instructions on how to add an e-mail to that list, and then try requesting password reset instructions once again.

Still having trouble?

We recommend reaching out to your ITS team in case your organization has security settings in place that are blocking our automated messages from coming through.

If your ITS team has confirmed nothing is blocking your e-mail from receiving these messages, reach out to our Support team for additional help. Be sure to let them know the steps you have taken so far so they can get you exactly the help you need!
