How do I reset my password?

Click 'Log in to your account' or the 'Log In' button in the top right corner of the page.

Enter your Network for Good account email address, & click 'Next'.

Next, click the 'Forgot password' link.

Step 2: Request password reset instructions

On the next screen, enter the email address you used to sign up for your Network for Good account & click the 'Next' button.

Step 3: Reset your password

An email with a link to help you reset your password will automatically be sent to you.

Click 'Confirm'.

Set your new password & click the 'Reset password' button to confirm.

A message will appear, confirming your password has been changed successfully. Click the 'Back to...' button.

Step 4: Log in to your Network for Good account

Clicking the 'Back to...' button will direct you back to the Network for Good login page.

Enter your Network for Good account email address.

Next, enter your password & then click 'Next'.

Step 5: Authenticate your account

Once you click to log in, you should receive an email with a secondary validation code.

When you are prompted, enter the code you received in the corresponding field.


Password Troubleshooting Tips

Don't see the e-mail in your inbox?

First, check your Junk/Spam folder in case our emails may be landing there.

Nothing in your Junk/Spam folder?

We recommend adding no-reply@bonterra.network to your Gmail Contact Book or Safe Senders list if you use Microsoft Outlook.

Note: Instructions for adding email addresses as approved senders will vary based on your email client. Check out this article for detailed instructions on how to add an email to that list, & then try requesting password reset instructions again.

Still having trouble?

We recommend reaching out to your ITS team in case your organization has security settings in place that are blocking our automated messages.

If your ITS team has confirmed that nothing is blocking your email from receiving these messages, reach out to our Support team for additional help. Be sure to let them know the steps you have taken so far so they can efficiently & quickly get you the help you need!
