Note: These instructions are designed to help you log in to your Network for Good account - if you are trying to log in to your Disbursement Portal, check out the related guide here!
Step 1: Check your e-mail
When you are granted access to a Network for Good system, you will receive an email with a link to help you log in. Click the 'Finish account set up button' to get started.
Tip: We recommend adding noreply@bonterra.network to your Contacts or Safe Senders list.
Step 2: Set your password
You will be taken to the login page to set up your Bonterra Account password.
Once you click 'Reset password', you will receive a message confirming that your password has been changed (set) successfully.
Click the 'Back to...' button to be directed back to the main login page.
Step 4: Log in to your Network for Good account
Clicking the 'Back to...' button will direct you back to the Network for Good login page.
Enter your Network for Good account email address.
Next, enter your password & then click 'Next'.
Step 5: Authenticate your account
Once you click to log in, you should receive an email with a secondary validation code.
When you are prompted, enter the code you received in the corresponding field.
