Send us an in-app message. Click the blue dot in the bottom right corner of the donor management system to send us a question using the in-app messenger. This is the best way to get in touch with support! Click "New conversation" or start a new message with us or "See previous" to review past conversations with the support team. We will reply within 1-2 business hours.
