If you're having trouble receiving your One-Time Password (OTP), follow these steps:

  1. Confirm the Correct Phone Number

    • Double-check that the phone number you entered is accurate and includes the correct country code.

    • Ensure this number is currently active on WhatsApp.

  2. Accept WhatsApp’s Terms and Conditions

    • Open WhatsApp and confirm you have agreed to the latest Terms and Conditions.

    • If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to accept any pending terms.

  3. Check Network Connectivity

    • OTPs can be sent via WhatsApp or SMS.

    • Make sure your mobile network signal is strong and stable for both data and SMS services.

    • Try moving to an area with better reception if you suspect poor signal strength.

  4. Troubleshoot Email Delivery

    1. Check your spam or junk email folder for the OTP.

    2. Confirm that the email address linked to your nsave account is accurate in the account settings.

Following these steps often resolves issues with OTP delivery. If you continue to experience problems, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help you further.

Additionally, note that delivery delays or issues may occur due to external factors such as network or service provider limitations. Currently, Google Pay integration is not supported by our card provider, which may affect OTP functionality for payment verification.
