Why was my nsave account application declined?

Protecting our customers and their money is our highest priority. Every new application goes through a verification process, combining automated checks and third-party fraud prevention services, to meet our compliance and regulatory requirements.

In some cases, this means we have to decline an application. If this happens, it will always be comunicated clearly through the app. We're not always able to share the specific reason why, but if we believe the decision may change in the future, we'll let you know.
