Need to change the delivery address for your card?

If your circumstances have changed and you need to have your physical card delivered to a different address, we’re here to help. Here’s what you should do:

  1. Confirm your existing address details

    • Before placing your physical card order, double-check your account’s current address under the ‘Profile’ section in the nsave app on the top left of the home page to ensure it’s correct.

  2. Contact nsave Support

    • If you’ve already ordered your card or if you need to use an address different from the one on file, reach out to us at support@nsave.com. Include the following details in your email:

      • Your full name (as it appears on your account)

      • Your account email address or registered phone number

      • The new address where you’d like the card delivered

  3. Wait for confirmation

    • Our support team will review your request and let you know if the address change is possible. Please note that if the card has already been dispatched, we might not be able to amend the delivery address.

  4. Receive your card

    • Once the new address is confirmed and updated, your physical card will be shipped and should arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
