Withdrawing from Kraken to nsave

Updated yesterday

Withdrawing stablecoins from your Kraken account to your nsave wallet is easy when you follow the right steps. This guide walks you through the process to ensure your funds arrive safely. As always, selecting the correct blockchain network is critical, sending on the wrong network means your funds will not be credited and cannot be recovered.

Important Warning ⚠️

CRITICAL: You must select the correct blockchain network supported by your nsave wallet.

Transfers on the wrong network cannot be recovered, and this is outside of nsave’s control.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Find Your nsave Wallet Address

  • Log in to the nsave app

  • Go to your Crypto Wallet

  • Copy your wallet address

  • Take note of the supported network for the stablecoin you want to receive (e.g., USDC on Ethereum)

Step 2: Log in to Kraken

  • Visit Kraken.com or open the Kraken app

  • Log in to your account

Step 3: Go to Withdrawals

  • From the dashboard, go to Portfolio or Explore

  • If you’re in Portfolio and already hold USDT or USDC, click on the coin

  • In the balance screen, tap Withdraw

  • You’ll see an option to add a withdrawal destination

Step 4: Add Your nsave Wallet Address

  • Click Add New Address

  • Paste your nsave wallet address

  • Select the correct blockchain network — it must match what your nsave wallet supports

  • Label it (e.g., “nsave wallet”) and save

Step 5: Enter the Transfer Details

  • Choose your saved nsave wallet address

  • Enter the amount to send (make sure it’s above Kraken’s minimum)

  • Double-check that the network, address, and amount are all correct

  • Confirm and complete the withdrawal

Step 6: Wait for Arrival

  • Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain:

✅ The stablecoin will be automatically converted to USD

✅ The funds will be credited to your nsave account

    ✅ You’ll get a notification when it’s complete

Quick Reminders

  • Double-check your wallet address and blockchain network

  • Review minimum amounts and Kraken withdrawal fees

  • If unsure, it’s smart to start with a small test transaction
