Who this affects
Stablecoins funding is not available if any of the following apply:
You are a UK or EU-based user.
Your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) region is set to the UK or EU, regardless of where you currently are.
If either applies to your account, the stablecoins deposit and withdrawal options won't be shown in your app.
Why don't I see stablecoins in my app?
The stablecoins feature is region-gated. The app decides availability based on your account region and your App Store / Google Play store region. If your store region is set to the UK or EU, the app hides stablecoins functionality — even if you expected to see it.
This is why two users on the same app version can see different options: availability follows the store region and account region, not the app build.
Common reasons the option is hidden:
Your account is registered in the UK or EU.
Your App Store / Google Play account is set to a UK or EU country.
You recently changed your store region and the app hasn't refreshed yet.
How to make the feature appear (if you are in a supported country)
If you are physically located in a country where stablecoins in/out is supported, you can update your App Store / Play Store region to that country. Once your store region is changed to a supported location, the stablecoins option will automatically appear in your app.
Important: The feature will only show if both your account region and store region are in supported countries.
What can I use instead?
If stablecoins isn't available to you, you can still fund and withdraw from your nsave account using other supported methods:
Bank transfers (SWIFT, FPS, SEPA where applicable)
ACH
External platforms such as Payoneer, Deel, and PayPal

I'm travelling in the UK/EU — is that why stablecoin disappeared?
Your physical location alone doesn't remove the feature, but your App Store / Google Play region does. If your store account is set to a UK or EU country, stablecoin will be hidden.
Will stablecoin become available for UK/EU users in the future?
We can't confirm timelines. For the latest on what's supported in your region, check the Help Center or contact support.
