nsave cards are now available to all customers whose country of residence is on the supported list below. There's no rollout to wait for — if your country is supported, you can request a card from the Cards tab in the app today.
Whether you can get a card comes down to country availability: cards are available in some countries, coming soon in others, and cannot be issued in a few.
1. Countries where cards are available
Cards can currently be issued to nsave customers residing in:
Antigua & Barbuda · Argentina · Australia · Bahamas · Bangladesh · Barbados · Belize · Bolivia · Brazil · Cayman Islands · Colombia · Costa Rica · Côte d'Ivoire · Dominica · Dominican Republic · Ecuador · Egypt · El Salvador · Ghana · Grenada · Guatemala · Guyana · Honduras · Japan · Kenya · Malaysia · Mexico · Morocco · New Zealand · Pakistan · Panama · Paraguay · Peru · Philippines · Saint Kitts and Nevis · Saint Lucia · Saint Vincent and the Grenadines · Senegal · Singapore · South Africa · Suriname · Thailand · Trinidad and Tobago · Turks & Caicos Islands · Uganda · United Arab Emirates · Uruguay · Zambia
If you're in a supported country and don't see the Cards tab, you're most likely on an older version of the app. Update the nsave app from the App Store or Google Play, then fully close and reopen it.
2. Coming soon: United Kingdom and the EU
Cards are not yet available to residents of the United Kingdom and EU countries — but they're coming soon. We'll announce it in the app as soon as they launch.
3. Countries not currently supported
Cards can't currently be issued to residents of countries outside the list above. Among the ones we're asked about most:
China (Mainland) · Hong Kong · India · Israel · Nepal · Nigeria · Türkiye · Ukraine · United States · Vietnam
This isn't permanent — supported countries expand over time, and we'll announce new ones in the app. Your nsave account and its other features are not affected.
4. Countries where cards cannot be issued
Because of sanctions and the rules our card issuing partner and the card networks operate under, cards cannot be issued to anyone resident in, incorporated in, or operating in:
Afghanistan · Belarus · Central African Republic · Cuba · Democratic Republic of the Congo · Eritrea · Iran · Iraq · Libya · Mali · Myanmar (Burma) · Nicaragua · North Korea (DPRK) · Russia · Somalia · South Sudan · Sudan · Syria · Venezuela · Yemen · and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine

If you're in one of these countries, we're genuinely sorry — this isn't a decision we're able to make differently. Your nsave account and its other features are not affected.
5. Places you can't spend, even with a card
Separately from where cards can be issued, nsave cards cannot be used for spending in, or in transactions involving counterparties located in:
Cuba · Iran · North Korea (DPRK) · Russia · Syria · Ukraine (including the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions) · Venezuela
Payments to merchants in these places will be declined automatically.
FAQs
Is my country supported? I can't tell.
If your country is in the supported list above, you can request a card. If it isn't in the list, cards aren't available there for now.
My country is supported but I don't see the Cards tab.
Update to the latest version of the nsave app, then close and reopen it. If it still doesn't appear, message us and we'll check — see Why don't I see the Cards tab in the app?
Does my nationality matter, or where I live?
Card eligibility is based on your country of residence — the address on your nsave account. Your nationality may still be considered as part of compliance checks.
My application was declined. Why?
See Why was my card application declined? — declines can happen for a variety of reasons, and we can't always share the specific one.
Can I apply again later?
Yes. Eligibility changes over time, so it's worth checking back — particularly if you've updated your details or moved.
Will I be able to use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
That depends on your country too, but on Apple's and Google's rollouts rather than ours. See Why can't I add my nsave card to Apple Pay?
