Why don't I see the Cards tab in the app?

Cards are now available to everyone in supported countries. If the Cards tab is missing, it's your country or your app version.

Cards are now available to all nsave customers in supported countries — there's no rollout to wait for. If there's no Cards tab in your app, it's for one of two reasons, and neither means anything is wrong with your account.

1. Cards aren't available in your country

This is the most common reason. Cards can't be issued in every country — some are excluded because of sanctions and the rules our card issuing partner and the card networks have to follow.

If you live in one of these countries, the Cards tab is hidden rather than showing you a card you wouldn't be able to get:

Afghanistan · Belarus · Central African Republic · Cuba · Democratic Republic of the Congo · Eritrea · Iran · Iraq · Libya · Mali · Myanmar (Burma) · Nicaragua · North Korea (DPRK) · Russia · Somalia · South Sudan · Sudan · Syria · Venezuela · Yemen · and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine

Cards also aren't available yet in a number of other countries — including the United Kingdom and the EU, where they're coming soon. For the full picture, see Which countries can get an nsave card?

The sanctions list above is always published in full at nsave.com/terms/prohibitions.

This is based on your country of residence — the address on your nsave account — not your nationality.

We're sorry if this affects you. It isn't a decision we're able to make differently, and it doesn't change anything else about your nsave account.

2. Your app is out of date

If your country is supported, an older version of the nsave app is almost always the reason the Cards tab doesn't appear.

  1. Update the nsave app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Fully close and reopen the app.

  3. Check the bottom navigation bar again.

How do I know which one applies to me?

  • Your country is on a list above, or not yet supported → cards aren't available to you, and the tab won't appear.

  • Your country is supported → update your app and reopen it. If the tab still isn't there, message us and we'll check your account.

FAQs

Can support turn the Cards tab on for me?

The tab is controlled by your country and your app version, so there's usually nothing to switch on. If you're in a supported country, on the latest app, and still don't see it, get in touch and we'll look into it.

I had a card before and now the tab is gone.

Our previous card programme ended earlier this year. We've since launched a new card with a new partner — see I already paid for a card. What happens now?

I'm travelling — does that hide the tab?

No. It follows the address registered on your account, not where you happen to be.

I've moved to a different country.

Update your address in the app. If your new country is supported, you'll be assessed against that instead.

Does this affect the rest of my account?

Not at all. Transfers, exchange, savings and investments all work as normal.

Still not sure which applies to you? Message us in the app or email support@nsave.com and we'll check.
