If there's no Cards tab in your nsave app, it's for one of three reasons — and none of them mean anything is wrong with your account.
1. Cards aren't available in your country
This is the most common reason. Cards can't be issued in every country — some are excluded because of sanctions and the rules our card issuing partner and the card networks have to follow.
If you live in one of these countries, the Cards tab is hidden rather than showing you a card you wouldn't be able to get:
Afghanistan · Belarus · Central African Republic · Cuba · Democratic Republic of the Congo · Eritrea · Iran · Iraq · Libya · Mali · Myanmar (Burma) · Nicaragua · North Korea (DPRK) · Russia · Somalia · South Sudan · Sudan · Syria · Venezuela · Yemen · and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine
The full and current list is always published at nsave.com/terms/prohibitions.
This is based on your country of residence — the address on your nsave account — not your nationality.
We're sorry if this affects you. It isn't a decision we're able to make differently, and it doesn't change anything else about your nsave account.
2. You're not in the current rollout batch yet
If your country isn't on the list above, the Cards tab is almost certainly hidden because of our phased rollout.
We're switching cards on for customers in batches rather than all at once, so we can keep a close eye on things and fix any problems before they reach more people.
This means another nsave customer — even one in the same country as you — may already see their Cards tab while you don't. That's expected, and it's temporary. Don't worry.... it's coming soon!
There's no waiting list and no way to move up the queue, including by messaging support. The tab will appear on its own — we'll also let you know in the app.
3. Your app is out of date
If you're on an older version of the nsave app, the Cards tab may not appear even once your account is included.
Update the nsave app from the App Store or Google Play.
Fully close and reopen the app.
Check the bottom navigation bar again.
How do I know which one applies to me?
Your country is on the list above → cards aren't available to you, and the tab won't appear.
Your country isn't on the list → you're waiting for the rollout. Update your app and check back.
FAQs
Can support turn the Cards tab on for me?
No. It's controlled by the rollout and by your country — our support team can't switch it on for an individual account.
I had a card before and now the tab is gone.
Our previous card programme ended earlier this year. We've since launched a new card with a new partner, and it's rolling out in batches — see I already paid for a card. What happens now?
I'm travelling — does that hide the tab?
No. It follows the address registered on your account, not where you happen to be.
I've moved to a different country.
Update your address in the app. If your new country is supported, you'll be assessed against that instead.
Does this affect the rest of my account?
Not at all. Transfers, exchange, savings and investments all work as normal.
Still not sure which applies to you? Message us in the app or email support@nsave.com and we'll check.
