Why am I seeing this?
In some cases, we may need a bit more information to complete your identity verification (KYC) before issuing your new card.
This is a standard compliance step and helps ensure your account and card are fully activated without delays.
How will I know if you need more information?
If additional information is required, you’ll be notified in one or more of the following ways:
📧 Email notification with a secure link
💳 A button in the Card section of the app prompting you to complete the request
🔔 In-app notification alerting you as soon as the request is created
You can simply click the link or button and follow the instructions.
What kind of information might be requested?
You may be asked to:
Answer a few additional questions
Clarify certain details in your profile
Provide supporting documentation
This is part of the standard verification process required before your card can be issued.
⏳ Important: Request Expiry (14 Days)
The secure link to complete your request is valid for 14 days.
If you try to open the link after it expires, you’ll see a message saying:
“The link has expired.”
What should I do if my link has expired?
No worries — we can help.
Please contact our support team via chat and let us know your link has expired. We’ll regenerate a new secure link for you so you can complete the process.
How long does this take?
Once you submit the requested information, it’s typically reviewed in 2-3 business days. You’ll be notified once everything is approved and your card order can proceed.
Why are these requests now shown in-app?
We’ve improved the experience by showing these requests directly inside the app (instead of relying only on email). This helps:
