Orders are generally dispatched within 24-hours of being available to our packing staff.

Orders become available to our packing staff when the order is placed unless stock is not available, the item in a pre-order or a request is placed to pause or hold the order. Pre-orders are automatically released to our packing staff at the correct time to dispatch to arrive with the customer as near to street date as possible.
