How to Accept and Manage a Project

Two types of Projects exist on Ocus. Projects are attributed based on your rating, reliability, and performance history — the higher your rating, the more Projects you see first.

Project without a date — You schedule it

Only accept if you can schedule within 48h, complete within 7 days, and contact the merchant immediately.

  1. Tap "Claim Project" → it lands in your Cart

  2. Reveal the contact details when ready to call

  3. Contact the on-site contact right away

  4. Once confirmed → select the agreed date in the app

  5. If you can't confirm → select "Cannot schedule", choose a reason, add a comment

⚠️ Cart full? Schedule an existing Project first to free up a slot.


Project with a date — Already scheduled

Only accept if you're fully available at that exact date and time. Don't accept with the intention to reschedule.

  1. Select one of the proposed dates

  2. Tap "Claim Project" → you're committed


Rules to know

  • Reschedule — max 2 per Project. A 3rd requires Staff validation.

  • Unassign — your rating drops. Only do it if absolutely necessary.

  • No-show — no payment, rating decrease, incident recorded. Repeated no-shows = suspension.

  • Project limit — max 30 ongoing Projects without a scheduled date. Update your dashboard regularly.
