Only accept if you can schedule within 48h, complete within 7 days, and contact the merchant immediately.
Tap "Claim Project" → it lands in your Cart
Reveal the contact details when ready to call
Contact the on-site contact right away
Once confirmed → select the agreed date in the app
If you can't confirm → select "Cannot schedule", choose a reason, add a comment
⚠️ Cart full? Schedule an existing Project first to free up a slot.
Project with a date — Already scheduled
Only accept if you're fully available at that exact date and time. Don't accept with the intention to reschedule.
Rules to know
Reschedule — max 2 per Project. A 3rd requires Staff validation.
Unassign — your rating drops. Only do it if absolutely necessary.
No-show — no payment, rating decrease, incident recorded. Repeated no-shows = suspension.
Project limit — max 30 ongoing Projects without a scheduled date. Update your dashboard regularly.
