A no-show is recorded when you
Don't attend the session at the confirmed time
Arrive excessively late without notifying anyone
Cancel at the last minute without valid proof
If you're going to be late or can't make it → notify the Merchant and update the platform immediately.
Consequences
No payment for the Project
Rating and reliability score decrease
Incident recorded
Repeated no-shows → temporary restrictions, reduced Project recommendations, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Emergency or force majeure
Provide supporting documentation as soon as possible. Without proof, the incident is treated as a standard no-show.
