Review your media
Choose:
"Accept" — media is compliant, delivery confirmed
"Refuse" — provide clear, specific feedback on which files have an issue and why. The collection will be reviewed by the Editing team.
Our team reviews all refusals and follows up accordingly.
Important
Media can't be replaced once approved
Additional media can't be requested after delivery — create a new Project instead
