How to link devices together

Learn how to link 2 devices together, so you and a partner can share controls of each others devices.

Updated over a month ago

One new feature in Firmware 4 is the ability the link two devices together, such as a Handy and a Oh!, that way both devices can control each other via the buttons on the device itself or a web based control panel.

Before we start, make sure both the devices are connected to the Internet and have connection keys ready.

How to link devices

When using new.handyfeeling.com you can start the process to link devices in the the main page by selecting the option Device Link under the Settings section.

Once there, you connect one device via the connect button on the top right, once connected you can input the second connection key on the middle input box.

After you press Start Device Link, the interface should change to include both your device and the second device. Now, whenever one device uses their buttons to change settings, it changes for the other device.

You can add a third device by clicking on the + icon in the menu.

Controlling the devices

While linked, the devices can control each other via the buttons on the devices themselves.

While + and - buttons on the Oh! would control the Stroke Length on the Handy, the UP/DOWN buttons on the Handy would control the Intensity of the Vibrations on the Oh!

You can also click on the Remote Control button on the linked device pages to control via a web interface.
