Welcome to the On The Stage dashboard! The left side menu is where the magic happens when editing your show site. That is where you’ll be able to turn functions on and off, enter in information about your show, and make changes to your show site.
Wherever you can enter information and see a red check mark or small disk icon, make sure to click on that to save your added or updated information.
Starting with the homepage (your main dashboard page), let’s explore the left side menu.
Create New: This is where you can create new events.
Productions: This is where you can review your current live productions, review production drafts before they are published, and view past productions.
Promo Codes: This is where you can create new promo codes, review active promo codes, and apply them to your productions.
Users: This is where you can add or remove users to allow access to anyone who will be working in your Box Office leading up to and during your production.
Orders: This is where you can review patron orders, resend confirmations, process refunds, and review VOD activation information for your clients.
Hard Tickets (if enabled)
Org Site: This is where you can view and edit your OTS website. It is the online home for all your season information. The Home page is the first point of contact between you and your visitors.
Add-Ons and Merch: This is where you can add merch to your show sites.
Custom Purchase Flows: Filtered booking flows allow you to tailor what information is presented to your patrons.
Promote: This is where you can view your email and social promos.
Subscriptions (if enabled)ur patrons. Limit price bands, automatically apply promo codes, and more!
Payouts: View your payouts.
Offers: Increase revenue during the checkout process by encouraging patrons to upgrade ticket types or purchase add-ons through a pop-up offer.
Patron Management: View your Contacts, Segmentations, and Checkout Questions.
Reporting: This is where you can review information about financials, patrons, and ticket orders. Access the Reporting Dashboard, Reports, and Legacy Reports.
Settings: There is where you can update your plan and billing, venue information, connect your social media, update your contact details, and review your passwords.
