Once your ON THE STAGE site has been published, you can monitor ticket sales and view individual orders through the Orders tab on the left toolbar.
Log in to your Dashboard and click Productions --> Live
Click the Details button, which will direct you to the show's page.
Click the Orders tab on the left dashboard button for the order you wish to view.
This page lets you select/filter orders by date.
Click on the eyeball icon on the left to view the order details.
You can process refunds/exchanges/ticket donations on the bottom right side.
