If you are on the Empower or Platinum Plans and want to offer subscription packages, reach out to your Account Manager for information regarding how to add this option to your dashboard.

If you are on the Basic Plan and would like to offer subscription packages, please email AccountManager@onthestage.com for more information.

You might want to set up a subscription package to:

  • allow patrons to purchase all their season tickets in one transaction

  • increase profit faster by selling season tickets all at once

  • allow patrons to redeem their season tickets at their own convenience

Setting up a subscription is easy, and we are here to assist you along the way!

Setting Up a Subscription Walkthrough:

To access and build a subscription, click on the subscription tab from your main dashboard.

Towards the top right corner of the page, click on the red circle to begin building a new subscription.

You will be prompted to fill in information for your package including:

  • Name: The name of the subscription

  • Inventory: How many total subscriptions you want to sell

  • Total Number of Tickets: Total number of tickets in the subscription package

  • Maximum Tickets Per Production: Limit on how many tickets can be used for a single show

  • Description: Text box to write a description and add any marketing content to help sell your package

  • Upload Image: Add any pictures you would like to promote your subscription

  • Start and End Dates: Subscription sale dates

  • Subscription Price: The price of the subscription package

In the bottom left of the building page, click +Add A Show to choose your shows/events that are eligible for subscription pricing. Once you add the shows, your subscription will be saved.

You can view your newly created subscription package under Draft Subscription Packages on the main Subscription Dashboard page.

Click the Actions tab to publish, edit, or delete your subscription.

After publishing a subscription, it is available under Published Subscription Packages.

Once a subscription is published, the Subscriptions option will appear in the information bar of the show pages.

Please note: If a show is not part of a subscription package, the Subscriptions tab will not be visible on that show's ticketing site.

Excluded from subscription:

By clicking on Subscriptions, your patrons will access the Subscriptions landing page the newly created package is available for purchase.

Subscriptions cannot be comped, and promo codes cannot be applied to subscription purchases.

Please note, to access the subscription functionality, you must connect with your account manager.

Subscriptions are not a part of the standard package and require a 12-month contract to access.

Ticket fees are charged on subscription purchases. If a subscription includes 10 tickets, then the purchase price for the patron would be the following:

Subscription Pass Price + (Standard Ticketing Fee x 10 Tickets)

🎭Noteworthy: For subscription image, a maximum of 455x300 is supported. We recommend a 300x300 image for best look on both desktop and mobile.
