How to Customize an Existing Survey

You can customize the design of your LocalReviews survey by editing your survey colours and messaging!

It's easy to make changes to your LocalReviews survey right from your dashboard! We'll walk you through how to change your survey colours and messaging.

What Can I Customize?

First let's explain how your survey looks like for your clients and also each colour that you can customize, you'll be able to see which colour changes correlate with the different survey features:

With that said, we can start customizing it.

Customization step-by-step

1. On your OneLocal Dashboard, click Settings


2. Click LocalReviews

3. Click Surveys

4. Click on the survey that you would like to customize

6. Click on the Design tab.

7. Here you can customize your colours and messaging. First, if you'd like to customize the messaging for a review request sent by text, click on SMS Request. You can also customize the Email Request message by clicking on the tab next to it.

8. Next, click on the Survey tab to customize your colours. The numbers shown in the screenshot below all correspond to the colour of a button, accent, text or feature in your survey. 

Customize Email Messages

This is a quick way to customize your email message when reaching out to your clients for LocalReviews. We encourage you to personalize this for your customers prior to asking for them to leave a review.

A: Yes, simply click on the “Insert Dynamic Tag” drop down list, and select an option.
