When a new Google review is received OneLocal users can go to the dashboard and reply using a personalized response auto-generated by AI. Users can choose to use the suggested response, edit it to their liking, try to regenerate a more suitable response or undo to access previous editable responses before clicking the Send Reply button.

Leveraging this powerful new technology will enable users to save time responding while maintaining control over the messages they share with their customers and the public via their Google Business Profile.
